10 Creative Ideas for Giving & Prayer

1. Talk to someone at your workplace about the company matching your tax-deductible gift to United World Mission
2. Start a "Banana Fund" -each time you splurge on something give the same amount to United World Mission
3. Regularly host a meal (with black beans and rice if you can), charge a few dollars, and send all the proceeds to UWM. After the meal have a time of prayer for me
4. Refrain from buying your typical coffee, soda, or snack once a week, pray for me each time you give it up, and send the money you saved to UWM
5. Lower the heat in your house a couple degrees, wear more clothes, drink some hot tea and send the money you saved each month to UWM
6. Give what a tank of gas costs you each month and pray for me each time you fill up
7. Donate the money you receive from selling your old textbooks each semester
8. Collect all your spare change each month and send it to UWM (but please write a check instead of sending all those coins)
9. Bless me on my birthday (November 24th) each year by praying for me and giving an extra gift to UWM
10. Ask yourself, how can I make or save 10, 20, or 50 dollars a month to support Carrie through UWM?
